Long time to post....

After an attempt to organize a outreach in my neighborhood with a church just across the street, I am trying to regroup and see what can be done before the summer ends. Things looked really good for the outreach but then I hit a wall with leadership at the church . I will not elaborate on the details but I was so upset about it because the summer is ticking away and I thought I was on the track to do the outreach. I do however have another means to explore. We will see how God moves on that one. I wanted so badly to do something this summer and as we were Praying out the team going to Mexico during church services I prayed the shortest prayer I've ever had answered. "Lord I want to go so bad but we just cant afford it." A few days later a friend of mine called and told me she was set to go on a mission trip with her church and paid for it and cannot go so "do you want to go." So let me get this straight, Free mission trip, just like that..... Can you say GOD DID SET IT UP? LOL

Anyway I will try and get to posting on this thing again. Blessings to all that view this.

Three crosses...

This is the view as I sat and read my word yesterday morning. Reminding me of what the Lord has done for me.


On one side of our Lord a criminal hurtled insults at him. On the other side a criminal rebuked those insults. Our lives are divided up where we were once the insult throwing sinners and the other life for us who are now found in Christ is one that Rebukes that life.


John 15:13
Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.

ANOTHER DAY

Another day to wake up
Kiss my wife and kids
watch them all eat breakfast and thank God for that.

Another day to go to work
(though nobody feels like it Just to be honest...)
Blessed to have work yet another day

Another day that
I look forward to who I could talk with and share about the Lord

Another day to find out from God what he has for me to do today.

Another day to show someone that this Believing dude can be fun and not stuffy

Another day to read the awesome word of God and give him thanks

Psalms 136: 26
26 Give thanks to the God of heaven.
His love endures forever.

Another day in forever.

I'm thankful for another day and to have the chance to speak into the life of those that
feel like they cannot take another day. To share with them of the hope that comes with another day
when they focus and accept the work of the Cross

Another day.

What are you going to do today that will make you not regret when the time comes that you are not allowed Another day?

Picnic Extravaganza!!!

Talk about an awesome time we had. Made new friends
and solidified older friendships. This Picnic was a blast and I cannot wait
to see what comes next for our church.
